Contractors, contractors, contractors. Bri had a surprise day off, so he spent most of it on the phone coordinating meetings with contractors, and boy, did they have different things to say...what do you do??? You just keep calling around and asking for more info.
On the cupcake front: Two new recipes made yesterday were a HUGE hit. IHOP ain't got nothin' on me! ha ha ha!!
Back to the drawing board with packaging. The samples I received are just too flimsy for my heavy cakes. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for...
On the paperwork front: LLC is in the mail, heading to a Secretary of State near you! Our head form filler-outer helped us right along...she's on "va-cay" until next weekend, so when she gets back, it's back to checking things off our list. Next up, TAX ID. WHOOPEE!
